หลักการและเหตุผล
คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ และคณะเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี มีนโยบายในการเป็นสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาท้องถิ่น สังคมและประเทศ และได้กำหนดยุทธศาสตร์ที่สำคัญประการหนึ่งคือ การสร้างงานวิจัยที่มีคุณภาพและมีคุณค่า ซึ่งถือเป็นกระบวนการแสวงหาความรู้ที่สร้างความก้าวหน้าทางวิชาการ แลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ที่เปิดกว้างสู่สังคมทั้งในระดับภูมิภาคและระดับนานาชาติ ดังนั้น คณะเทคโนโลยี ร่วมกับคณะวิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี จึงได้จัดให้มีการประชุมวิชาการและนำเสนอผลงานวิจัยหรืองานสร้างสรรค์ในระดับชาติ “การประชุมวิชาการระดับชาติทางด้านวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี การประชุมวิชาการระดับชาติงานประจำสู่งานวิจัยครั้งที่ 3 (The 3rd National Conference on Science and Technology, and Routine to Research: NCST-R2R) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อเปิดเวทีวิชาการในการเสนอผลงานวิจัย ผลงานสร้างสรรค์ แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้และสร้างความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ ของนิสิต นักศึกษา คณาจารย์ นักวิชาการ นักวิจัยในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาทั้งในและต่างประเทศ ตลอดจนเป็นการต่อยอดองค์ความรู้ใหม่และสร้างมาตรฐานที่ดีต่อไป

Rationale and Background
The Faculty of Science and the Faculty of Technology, Udon Thani Rajabhat University set a policy as a higher education institution to assist in developing local communities and the country. Therefore, its strategy is designed to conduct highly valuable and worthwhile research that creates knowledge for academic advancement and generate widespread knowledge exchange both regionally and internationally. Therefore, the Faculty of Science and the Faculty of Technology, Udon Thani Rajabhat University organized this academic conference to present research results and creative works at the national level. The 2nd National Conference on Science and Technology, and Routine to Research: NCST-R2R will be held with the main objective of providing an academic forum for presentation of research, creative works, knowledge exchange and academic cooperation among university students, lecturers, scholars and researchers in higher education institutions both in Thailand and abroad as well as extending new knowledge and setting good standards.
